Use the files available on the OpenCellID download page.
Full and country exports
Use a full export to start a local dataset, or a country export when you only need one country. Both should be interpreted using the database format.
Daily change files
We provide daily change files named cell_towers_diff-*.csv.gz. They use the same field layout as cell_towers.csv.
Use a fresh full export to rebuild your local dataset. For help applying daily changes or recovering after missed files, contact us.
